　　YUNNAN YUNFAN NON-FERROUS METALS CO., LTD. Statement on raw material procurement

　　公司位于云南省個舊市乍甸八抱樹工業園區。是一個以處理固廢原料、生產精錫為主，綜合回收多種金屬的錫冶煉加工企業。其固廢原料主要來自于云南個舊地區的錫礦及錫中礦。本公司承諾：堅決避免采購任何直接或間接來自剛果金及其周邊沖突地區的受限錫原料或加工制品，以防止該區域非法武裝獲得資金或收益。為此本公司特制訂嚴格的原料采購方針：

　　YUNNAN YUNFAN NON-FERROUS METALS CO., LTD.is a tin smelter located in YunNan Gejiu zhadian Babaoshu industrial park. Is a solid waste processing of raw materials, production of refined tin, tin smelting and processing enterprises for comprehensive recovery of various metals. Low, small, and the residual tin tin tailings waste raw materials are mainly from Yunnan Gejiu area. The company is committed to resolutely avoid any direct or indirect procurement of raw materials or processed products from Congo and its surrounding areas of conflict, in order to prevent the illegal armed forces in the region to obtain funds or income. To this end, the company developed a strict raw material procurement policy:

　　1、禁止采購任何由聯合國或相關非政府組織認定的沖突地區非法交易的原料;

　　prohibit the procurement of any of the United Nations or the relevant non-governmental organizations identified in the conflict areas of illegal trading of raw materials;

　　2、確保所有采購原料具有可信的可追溯性，拒絕采購來自剛果金及周邊地區涉及沖突的原料，僅采購具有iTSCi體系標簽的原料;

　　to ensure that all the procurement of raw materials with a credible traceability, refused to purchase from Congo and the surrounding areas of conflict involving raw materials, only to buy raw materials with iTSCi system labels;

　　3、嚴格按照無沖突冶煉廠計劃(CFSP)審計程序做好全員的培訓工作;

　　4、完善公司采購流程，建立供應商管理體系，形成穩定可靠的采購渠道，要求供應商承諾其提供的物料應產自非沖突地區，不是來自于剛果金及周邊鄰國的沖突物料，否則不予采購。

　　我們正在推進無沖突煉廠計劃和審計進程，并積極配合準備做審核。保證錫錠和產品的來源與沖突地區沒有任何的聯系。盡管我們并不從剛果金或毗鄰國家進口錫礦石，但我們確保公司內部人員、冶煉廠、經理、礦石采購員等了解美國的“沖突礦物”法規以及經濟合作和發展組織的“紅旗”指導方針和標準。我們同樣也要求我們的供貨商知道執行相關標準，并且在供貨合同中包含了相關文本。

　　We are pushing the conflict free refinery plan and audit process, and actively cooperate with the audit preparation. Ensure the tin and product sources and areas of conflict without any contact. Although we do not from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or adjacent countries imported tin ore, but we make sure that understand the company's internal staff, smelter, manager, the procurement of ore and other members of the United States "conflict minerals" regulations and economic cooperation and development (OECD), "red flag" guidelines and standards. We also require our suppliers to know the implementation of the relevant standards, and in the supply contract contains the relevant text.
